Per Jeremy Hoeck, Yotes got a commit from Colorado RB Milo Hall Looking at his Twitter page, looks like he had slot receiver offers from Wyoming, Idaho, and New Mexico State. Guessing thats how we will use him?

Jeremy Hoeck tweeted out a couple more impressive looking commits:
RB Marquiz Simpkins from Oklahoma is a 3 star according to Rivals and has offers from So Miss and New Mexico
DL Michael Bianchi from Illinois is a 6-6 315 lb who will help add some size to our line

Hell yes! Thanks, Yotes.
Bianchi is a really impressive looking OL. I see Hoeck calls him a DL. I find that interesting...I guess we will see. This isn't like Iddings, who was a lean 6'6" 215-225 high jumper and track star that added weight over time. This kid is listed at 315 at 6'6". That seems to scream OL.

This is starting to look like a good class. I like the potential play makers coming in.

Bianchi was listed by hudl as a DT but all his highlights are as OLT.

I agree everything about him points to OL. I wonder if Jeremy was mixed up. I'll take that size on either side of the ball!
I see Jeremy tweeted another one. RB Michael Frederick (2-star Rivals) has committed to USD. Was a UAB commit, but they very notably cut their team recently.

Anybody else think hudl is misleading? Hundred percent of the time I would rather watch a full game film rather than a highlight reel. Any kid that starts varsity football for a whole season will make enough good plays to put together a highlight reel. I want to see the mistakes these kids make and how hey handle themselves over the entire game.

I want to see the mistakes these kids make and how hey handle themselves over the entire game. Agreed. The schools that have shown serious interest in my son have requested full games from his HS coach, this includes USD. Additionally, I know some coaches have gotten feedback from opposing HS coaches as well (I believe Coach Williams did this). So, while we as fans may only see the highlights, I think coaches by and large do their due diligence.

What is available to the public and what is available to coaches isn't always the same thing on hudl. Notwithstanding this, that is what has been going on for years. Players and HS coaches send highlight tapes to colleges and then, if there is interest, the colleges ask for full game tapes. Don't over-think this. The coaches are big boys and understand how to evaluate players. They could care less about the opinions of a bunch of monday morning quarterbacks on a message board like all of us.
