Decent feed aside from the replays.

Oral Roberts cut it to 8 at half at 41-33. A good first half but it stings to let a 17 point lead get cut in half so quickly. I do think the Coyotes can shrug off that last few minutes and regain control again.

Didn't know it was on ESPN 3. I looked at the ESPN scoreboard and it wasn't listed as being on an hour or two before the game started. Thanks as I will watch the second half.

Wow. Yotes with another great start, much like at SDSU, followed by a total meltdown to close out the half to let ORU back in to it. Still up by 8, but this is shaping up to be another dog fight.

Everything considered I will take an 8 point halftime lead any day of the week at Oral Roberts. I am starting to think about a 3 seed in the conference tourney. The Coyotes have split with NDSU and have a chance to take one off SDSU as well. If they can split with both conference co leaders that would be good for tiebreaking procedures if they use the tie breaker being head to head followed by how each team would do against the best team in the conference and working down from there. I think we need Oral Roberts to lose and Fort Wayne to stop being so hot right now. The Mastadons still have to play at NDSU so I think routing for the Bison might be appropriate in this case. It probably won't matter if the Yotes don't win this game though.

Prior to the breakdown at the end of the half, both of the announcers were very complimentary of the Coyotes and said they couldn't believe this team was only .500 in the conference and had the overall record they have. They talked about how Bos, Larson, and Casey were huge threats, but you add in Tre B. and the production from the rest of the team and the Yotes can really attack you from a lot of different areas on the court. One announcer said it was a joy to watch the Yotes play so unselfishly as they were putting on an offensive clinic against ORU. Let's hope that same announcer can sing similar praises in the second half.

The are showing Women's highlights from Oral Roberts at halftime. It is amazing how big of an arena and how empty it is during their women's game.

Hunter picks up just his first foul in the second half (HUGE improvement) and then his 2nd. Need to bring Sparks in to keep him out of foul trouble IMO.

50-39 Coyotes at the under 16 timeout. They have reestablished some control. ORU is smart to try to pound the ball inside like they are doing so far in the second half. The Yotes aren't stopping it and are fouling them putting them on the line.

60-48 Coyotes are hanging in there. They have recovered from the Oral Roberts run at the end of the first half. Under 12:00 to go Yotes ball. If I have a pet peeve with this game it's how much trouble the Yotes are having with ORU's pressure. Being a guard heavy offense that is an area where they should have an advantage is handling pressure and actually making the game more uptempo which the Coyotes should excel in. The video quality is very good. I am watching in full screen mode and it's clear and crisp. Even better than when Midco does the ESPN 3 games.
