I just heard about the man that was laying in his hospital bed in Sioux Falls, with the he family surrounding him as the doctor walked in looking very sullen.
Doctor: " I'm sorry to tell you that this doesn't look good and he's not likely to live if he doesn't have a brain transplant surgery"
Family of 8: " Oh my gosh, what will that cost?"
Doctor: " the good news is insurnce will pay for the surgery, but you'll have to buy the brain"
Family: " How much does a brain costs?"
Doctor: Knowing half the kids had gone to SDSU and the other half to USD, he danced around the question a little before saying if the brain is from an SDSU grad it's $5000. If it's a USD grad, it's $200
Now the kids all looked at each other, the Jack grads sorta smugly smiling looking at each other in a superior way. The USD kids looking perplexed.
Family: " Why would there be such a large differ3nce in price?"
Doctor: We have to discount the brain of the USD donor substantially because it's used.
