Tom Compton will take the field tomorrow on Super Bowl 51 and it got me wondering how many other Coyotes have done the same. I know Matt Chattam did and I'm thinking Josh Stamer may have too. You could even make an argument for Joe Robbie as the Dolphins owner. Can anyone add to the list?

Ordell Brasse from Mitchell played basketball and football for the Coyotes and was all-NCC in both two years. Also played DE for the Baltimore Colts in Super Bowl III where unfortunately the Colts missed a lot of early opportunities and the Jets did just enough to win. He was drafted by the Colts in 1954 in the 14th round. He also was on the Colt championship teams of 1958 and 1959. Played in 157 NFL games. Was named to the Pro Bowl in 1966 and 1967. He's in the South Dakota Sports Hall of Fame. Great South Dakota athlete!!

When it was live, the cameras never showed any of that.

Too bad for Falcon players and fans that the Falcon's head coach and OC didn't put them in the best position to win the game. After a spectacular catch at the NE 22 for a first down with 430 left, rather than run 3 dive plays to burn clock and or NE timeouts then kick a 39-40 yd FG for an 11 pt lead, the Falcons move backward out of FG range and had to punt. This last season, Matt Ryan the Falcon kicker, was 100% from 40-49 yds and 37 of 40 on all FG attempts.
The real MVP for NE should have been whoever made the Falcon play calls at the end with ultimate responsibility falling on the HC.
