What a turnaround that is taking place in Chicago. USD had a 12 point lead earlier in the game and a 5 point lead at half. Now with over 6:00 to go Chicago State now leads by 18. It sounds like there is just too much athletisism to deal with.

What did Ryun Williams say about the game? I was busy with work so I just know they lost a big lead. From what I know Chicago State is pretty athletic, but that's all I know. They are turning some heads this year basically. What happened?

Williams said that the Coyotes did not react well to the pressure that Chicago State put on. He also said that the team needed to take some of their toughness on the road. Said the team needs to get a win at New Jersey Tech to split road trip.

The women ran into a buzz saw in Chicago. They played well in the first half but CSU went on a run and the Yotes couldn't recover. It was a rough second half. Overall I am happy with the progress the team has made this season. They continue to improve and it seems Ryun and the players are on the same page. The team is still fairly young and should be primed, assuming continued improvement/hardwork, for a solid first year in the Summit League.
