Was this Lamb's first career POW?
"She's been on a tear over the last six games, averaging 17.3 points while shooting 55.7 percent."

Was this Lamb's first career POW? "She's been on a tear over the last six games, averaging 17.3 points while shooting 55.7 percent." Second paragraph: "Lamb receives the Summit's weekly award for the first time of her career"

How many from USD get on the 1st and 2nd team? My guess is the whole starting five, except maybe Monica.

How many from USD get on the 1st and 2nd team? My guess is the whole starting five, except maybe Monica. I think they seem to have a bias against too many from one team getting on the 1st team. Political. For that reason, I'd guess we get a lot on the 2nd team. If Duffy, Sjerven and Lamb are not on 1st team it is fixed.

Conferences never dole out awards in a manner that is solely based on who is most deserving. For some reason they care about trying to spread out recognition. That's just how it is. However, for what it's worth, we should clean up pretty well on the women's side.
