The Bears are coming off a 10-22 season and will be breaking in a new coach. The Bears loss 2 of their top offensive threats. I am not sure what to expect. In 2019 their hitting percentage was .167 and they were not much of a blocking threat. With that being said they have a new coach and 6 true freshman on the roster. The Bears are not overly tall with the tallest player at 6'1. The Yotes come into the season with most of their offensive fire power back after hitting .265 % while holding their opponents to .157%.
Amelia Flynn and Brooklyn Cink are the two offensive threats to watch. Last season the Bears played a 5-2 offense (2 setters in the rotation) but that could change with a new coach this season.
After all of that rambling I look for the Yotes to come out and play their game of offensive firepower and blocking defensive and produce a win! Go Yotes!!!

Hard to predict much about these teams at this point. Back in August, MSU was ranked #3 in the MVC preseason poll. So that's impressive.
#1 UNI #2 Ill St #3 Bradley (T) #3 MO St (T)
Last year we beat Bradley on the road 3-1.

10 aces by the Bears!
Sophomore #14 Brooklyn Cink had a career high kill match with 20 kills, to go along with 13 digs and 4 aces. First double-double of career.

Yotes lost a real heartbreaker that went to extra points in the fifth set. Tough one.
