Bobo probably nailed the schematic stuff there. I don't deal in schematics. I deal in the overall picture and attitude of a program. What the program is and what you can expect each Saturday. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose but there are programs in the Valley that you know, win or lose, they are going to try to knock your dick in the dirt and dominate you. We're not that program. We're not even close to that program. That program where on Monday you go "Ah shit, I have to go to Vermillion this weekend and get my ass kicked."
That's the type of program we need to be, win or lose, we need to be feared. The wins will follow.

If it doesn't make sense to fire the entire coaching squad, can we at least get a new strength coach, if not line coaches as well. I'm tired of our guys getting pushed around! Let's build up those lower bodies!

I agree that it would be foolish to make a move in the Spring/Summer. The talent pool would be thin and they would have so little time to work with the team before starting up again. I'm glad we are playing the Spring season but it sure doesn't help any program that needs a personnel change.
My interest in football has also cratered. The social aspect of a home game will keep me as a season ticket holder, but even that value diminishes when the product on the field turns people away. I'd say my interest took a huge hit following the 2018 Weber State atrocity and has just been steadily declining since then, with a few minor blips that fooled me into thinking maybe this program would make some progress. I'm looking back at the 2018 and 2019 schedule and there are several games I don't even remember happening. Then I look back at 2013-2017 and I distinctly remember every single game. Even through some really disappointing times I stayed fully engaged. I'm simply not there anymore. I'm recognizing fewer players and just don't care to figure out who they are at this point.
This Fall will be Bob's 6th season. If he hasn't given us a reason to keep him after 6 years then I don't know what we are waiting for. Per usual, I'll be in the stands but not expecting much.

Bob’s most recent 5 year contract was approved by the BOR June 2019. Presumably it started 7-1-19. So he is in year 2 at this time.

I am not discounting the rah rah, physically tough attitude and how that carry’s over to dealing with adverse situations and believing in what you are doing as a team, but at the end of the day, a coaches #1 job is to put players in positive positions to make plays on the field. That comes down to schematics on the field. Personnel, offensive formations, defensive positioning based on offensive formations. If guys are out of position to start or playing from too much depth, numbers don’t match based on the formation, or physically incapable of matching up (190lb guy vs a 250 guy) usually things don’t end up well. Aka. That’s our defense in a nutshell, so teams are gashing us in their run game, which is demoralizing. As I’ve said numerous times, because we choose to play with 5 skinny DB type bodies, we better use sub packages to get that 5th little guy off the field when teams go with 250 lb TEs or fullback types. Boy, are we going to see that this week!! No amount of hype, rah rah, or enthusiasm is going to change that our defensive structure, personnel, or physicality isn’t present to handle big boy football in this league at times.
Now, attitude, demeanor, and technique can change our fortunes offensively. Get into people instead of leaning and pushing. As in the 70s, 80s, and 90s football run blocking hasn’t changed. Low man wins and the goal is to move someone against his will. Can’t do that by leaning and pushing. Is it the teaching of the technique or not being able to bend and being weak in the lower half?? You are either coaching it or letting it happen!

Won’t that be something if Bob ushered in the multiyear contract era in SD and was first one gone with one!
