might wanna re-run those predictors after the ndsu oral roberts & St thomas wins for Bison. Grant Nelson is back for NDSU. Greisel with Nelson/Rocky K are a dangerous 3 some.

I think a nice goal for this team is to strive for a top 3 seed in the tourney assuming SDSU finishes first. Avoiding the Jacks till the tourney final would be important. If the Coyotes could get into potential second round game against ORU I would still rather have that then a game against the Jacks in the second round.

I did update them today, and the Warren Nolan number moved 1pt in NDSU's favor. The ELO number moved 2 points and is now a toss-up. I won't have Sagarin or Vegas numbers until tomorrow. Either way, they all are predicting a close game. Let's hope home court helps (and not being sick with the flu).

(I assume it's Vegas - from my Yahoo sports app). VegasInsider has omitted this game, but has the other Summit games....

Tough defensive game so far. Nothing coming easy for either team.

That is a maddening loss. NDSU incredibly lucky to walk away from that one. Shouldn't have even come down to final possession in regulation. Not even close.

I give Lee a ton of credit for what he is getting out of this short handed team. The growth of players like boogie and archambeaux has been stellar. Still a little too limited offensively buy add Xavier back to the mix and maybe we have something. NDSU is a mess and looks very uninspired most of the time. Gave up 21-0 run at umkc and blew a game they should easily win. Give Lee the talent they have on the floor and they could compete with sdsu. Give it to richman and they have to try and turn it into a slow wrestling match to have any kind of chance.

Lee is a good coach, but I'm really frustrated with our effort in OT. That was disappointing.

Lee is a good coach, but I'm really frustrated with our effort in OT. That was disappointing. Win the game, then didn't win the game...that can take an emotional toll. NDSU was extremely fortunate to win this game. Obviously, they dominated overtime, but in the last minute or two of regulation they benefited from two extremely lucky bounces on missed shots that resulted in putbacks, and they were only their second and third offensive rebounds of the game. For all the size we were giving away, in regulation we had a double digit rebound advantage. At one point toward the end offensive boards read USD 11, NSDU 1. That's just pure effort and want to.

We had 2 bench points (Hayes FT's), and played Mason & Kruz 43 minutes.
