State high jump champ as a seventh grader. Obviously a strong connection to the school through her aunt ... but I would guess she's going to be a BIG-TIME recruit who will receive offers from bigger schools as she matures. Makes sense that Dawn is all over this one early.

No idea if there is any interest on her end, but I'd be remiss to not mention Maddyn Greenway (Chad Greenway's daughter) from MSP never know for sure until they announce, but, i have heard and read chances are very high she commits to Iowa. she has been down there at least once and really, REALLY liked it in iowa city. doubt she takes mid-major offers too seriously. I heard Chad interviewed about his daughter's prospects, and he's clear about the fact that mom and dad would love to have her in Iowa City, but acknowledged that they wouldn't apply pressure, as it's way too early and it needs to be her decision. I don't know if I saw it on this board, but a few weeks ago Maddyn reached 1000 career points, the second fastest in MN to do so. |
