What a day to be a coyote. And I couldn't be more thrilled to shut up an overly confident team. They got outplayed in every facet and it really wasn't even close. I'd sure appreciate it if someone posted the Ole Miss post game presser on here...
Well done ladies. Enjoy it, but get some rest. You play like you did this afternoon and Baylor better bring their best shot.

SEC...SEC...SEC, overrated, overrated, overrated. So, I'm still waiting to see the defense unlike anything the 'Yotes have ever seen before. Experience and poise says, "Hello". Should score at least 90 against Baylor if Ole Miss is even better at defense than South Carolina.

Quick note: I hope everyone appreciates the contributions of Allison Peplowski today. Sometimes performances like that can fall through the cracks. Way to step up to the plate and contribute extremely valuable minutes when it was really important. The 'Yotes didn't miss a beat when Sjerven rested.

Just awesome all around. Nobody deserved a performance like that on a stage like that MORE than that whole program from the coaches down to the practice players.
Big time.

Krull showed out as well today. She made some tough shots and had a beautiful hesitation move

She was excellent. Poised but aggressive. Seriously, every kid who stepped on the floor seemed to know exactly what they wanted to do and how to do it. Just a master class in preparation and execution. Absolute gem from the coaching staff and the players.

That may have been the most well-scouted and well-executed game I've seen a coyote team play. I'll guarantee you their coach made a mess in her pants in that first half when she figured out they weren't going to get their way. It was a classic example of a team of good basketball players beating a team of good athletes. I was not impressed by their big girl at all.

I wasn't able to watch most of the game, but would love to see it. Does anyone know how you can access an an archived game to watch it from beginning to end?

This game really showcased how much depth the coyotes really have. The big 3 get most of the love and most of the minutes, but our bench is as good as anybody's in the conference. If state thinks they are going to waltz through the league next year, they better check the tape.

I have to think Shakira Austin's draft stock took a hit today. She certainly didn't look like a WNBA lottery pick.
