Sorry I was late with this, but here is the video from Media Days. Great questions and responses, both from players and Coach W:

A couple of quotes:
Q: ...How do you guys (the hitters) feel you have been able to click with a new setter?
Juhnke: That's kinda interesting, because B's been in the gym with us and Maddie... We've still been hitting off of B for the last two years. The nice thing is that we HAVE been in the gym together, and have been hitting off of her setting the ball. While there still will be some adjusting, I think we will be fine.
Q: ...what will the keys to success be this season (for back-row play)?
Aimee: We've worked hard on the communication portion of being in the back row, and having the mindset of "nothing drops"... and just having that 100% mindset back there.
Q: What type of mindset do you have [as hitters]?
Harms: We really focus on hitting good areas of the floor, and not just swinging to swing... like in our scouting report, knowing where we can score the ball. And also when you are going up to swing, it's just about thinking about where the defenders are on the other side aren't.
Juhnke: Yeah. I kinda have the same mindset when I go up to swing, but middle and outside is a little bit different. When I get an out-of-system ball, I just kinda try to hit it where they're not, and try to find areas on the floor that are open.

Biggest take-aways for me:
1. The coach and players have confidence and a comfort level with Schram at Setter. (this is huge) 2. Coach Williamson feels really good about her defense this year, including improved back row consistency with returning players (this is huger) 3. Coach knows her new players will need some time to get experience, like every year, but the returners are in key positions. (this is hugest)
