Was on Bison board, they are talking about successfully buying tickets this morning. Poster statement, " I can't believe USD is allowing this to happen." What is going on?? I'm sure the promo code got shared. You don't seem to need to be a HP member, just need the code. |

I got in and bought mine. Didn't want to clear cookies, incognito or private mode on your browser will have the same effect.

If the code got shared, our ticket office better be confirming a howling pack name before issuing tickets out and limiting the number for unverified hp members. |

Let's say you screenshot a ticket before it was voided. That bar code would no longer work and wouldn't be scanned at the door. If a ticket doesn't scan, that person will not be admitted into the Dome. As long as they know how to do a VLOOKUP in Excel, this is very easy to compare and contrast who should and should not get tickets. Further, anybody who has saved tickets to their Apple Wallet and has them voided, the QR code will gray out and it will say "VOIDED" where the barcode number should be. Anybody using a screenshot will be denied at the door and probably sent to the ticket office to resolve. Hopefully they'll send an email saying they purchased tickets when not allowed and their tickets were voided and card refunded. Paper trail. There's also a couple of other things they could do, but this team is doing a great job for what they are working with. A 2 FTE office juggling postseason football, volleyball, men's and women's basketball isn't easy. Morons at Bisonville are screaming "LAWSUITS" with their pitchforks and Lutefisk. I would take a USD grad lawyer over some budget lawyer they find in Sisseton. Go Yotes. Fill the Dome with Red. Bummed we can't make it this weekend, but we'll be watching. |
