We were trying to watch the replay of this game, but when we click on the game, it comes up asking us to pay 79.99 for an annual Midco Sports Network subscription. We already have both Midco Sports and Summit League subscriptions, but it won’t let us do anything. What a joke, they just complicated it and made it so people can’t watch.

The Midco Sports / Summit League subscription package is quite frustrating. Half the time it knows who I am and the other half, it's as if I never existed. I'm tired of having to tune in 30 minutes before a game just to check my account. Do better, Midco! |

Will be a good opportunity for newer/younger players. Looks like it was! Particularly Kieffer and Mason. I didn't catch the game, but in looking at the box score, it doesn't look like we turned the ball over much, and must have been feeding the ball into the paint a lot, as you might expect with that mismatch. Mazurek, Duffney, Larkins, Hansen were leading scorers, with 18, 17, 16, 10 points each... and Grace only played 16 minutes. Kieffer played the longest at 27 minutes. She lead in assists with 6 against 2 turnovers. 8 players with at least 3 assists is a great number against any team, showing that we are sharing the ball, not just jamming Grace up the middle. A/TO for the team was 33/9 or 3.67! wow. Coral Mason's stat line (played 17 minutes)4points/ 5 rebounds/ 3 assist/ 0 turnovers/ 2 steals not bad. overall, the shooting efficiency was good, which is something that can sometimes be independent from opponent. We shot 56% FG, 39% 3PT, 83% FT - if we were consistently shooting like that, we would be running away with the conference race. So I'd say that's good to see regardless of opponent. The fact that we are POTENTIALLY a dominant offense. Holmes, Kieffer and Mason were a combined 0-7 from the arc, but seemingly everyone else was hitting their arc shots. Even Mazurek and Duffney. NAA was 3-5, and Avery Broughton was a perfect 2-2 from deep! |

Broughton really has a nice-looking shot...textbook form, quick release and perfect ball rotation. Reminds me of Chloe Lamb. All the freshmen looked good offensively. Get the defense up to D1 standards and it's looking like a very solid class.

I like Broughton too but I wish she was redshirted this year. Looks like a good freshman class

We've definitely got some players in that class. The strength they will add this first season along with the adjustments to the D1 game will have them ready to contribute in a big way next year. Kieffer is already doing it now. Need to get Addison healthy and get her a few more minutes as well. Their defense is a bit suspect as mentioned above but that will come around with strength.
