I don't know, those lines look wrong to me.  If I were a betting man (I'm not), I'd take USD, NDSU and Montana St all to cover easily.  SDSU might cover too, but that's a high line, so I wouldn't touch it.

Not sure how close the FanDuel lines are to Vegas lines.

The FanDuel math actually predicts a score of about 34-21, but I think 34-13 is more likely as UND’s results vs the xDSUs should be our benchmark. They’ve been giving up an average of about 33 points in conference (38 when excluding the UNI outlier game). I’m getting more and more confident about this matchup as the week goes on. They give up a ton of points and we should be able to hold them under 20. I’d bet the under as I can’t see them turning this into a barn burner.

I also would take those 3 covers. Thinking Missouri State and UC Davis get exposed. Alas, I also am not a betting man.

Question for those who follow the betting lines - why is the line for this game around 10-12, but the national folks who pick games are picking the Yotes by 3-4 scores? Why are they so far off?

Maybe less knowledge of, or interest in FCS betting? But if that’s the case, it would be easy money for a “sharp” (professional sports gambler)

Lines are set to entice bets. They’re most likely betting that the majority of bettors will not be knowledgeable and assume that UND can keep the game close at home. Alternatively, there is a chance they think this is a trap game and want to capitalize on overconfidence on our side.
