I don't know that much about Buffalo but I would think Central Florida would have beaten them worse. Minnesota put up a very good fight against USC before finally collapsing in the 2nd half. The MVFC did not have a very good day with UNI, S. Ill and SDSU all losing in the same day.
The NDSU game is going to be huge next week. USD is absolutely going to be for real if they can pull off a win in that game.

UC Davis may be rounding into form with the win over San Jose St. That should be a good game next week. UC Davis is obviously a good team but this will be the most managable road atmosphere the Yotes have had yet this year. Lets not forget that this is the first meeting at Davis since the 1986 playoff game that USD won. How many people at the game from USD's side will be there next week that were also there in 1986 whether it be coaches or fans.
S Utah has been up and down. I believe the game against N Arizona was at home. USD can win in Cedar City again if they keep up the momentum.
Northern Colorado is simply a game that USD should be able to win at home by 3 touchdowns. If things continue going well is the game against Cal Poly going to be for an outright or share of the conference title for either team. If the Yotes can win at least one game in Davis or at S Utah there is a good chance the Yotes will have that opportunity the first week of November.

I will be there Saturday to watch the game and I was there in 1986 as well for the playoff game. In fact, the paper the morning of the playoff game had headlines that read:
FINALLY, WE GET THE OTHER DAKOTA TEAM
In reference to them kicking their butts handed to them by the Bison over that time frame. After the game, they were asking for Augie..........haha
TRIVIA QUESTION
Who was the quarterback of the 1986 Cal_Davis team that played the Yotes in the playoff game? And what does he do now?

Howdy boys. Looking forward to a good game at Aggie Stadium next Saturday. The Ags have been struggling this year, but played a good game against San Jose Saturday. How many Yote fans do you think will make the trip to Davis?

How many Yote fans do you think will make the trip to Davis? Should be a really good match-up again this year. In your opinion, is UC Davis improved from last year? If so how, and what has been the strength of the team so far this year?

If so how, and what has been the strength of the team so far this year? We are a weaker team this year. We have some key injuries on defense, we lost our starting QB to the ministry, and we are starting a red shirt freshman at QB as a result. He has great potential, a good arm, but is inexperienced compared to our long history of great QBs. He will eventually get there. Unfortunately, our receivers are dropping passes which does not help our QB. We played our best football of the season yesterday against a hurting FBS team. The Aggies need to put together 4 quarters of football on both sides. Next week is our homecoming. With school back in session, the stadium should have a good turn out. What kind of crowd can we expect from SD?
