More revenue opportunities at games

Hearing that beer will indeed be sold at HWF for the NDSU game (and proceeds being shared with USD) and then reading the article I linked below regarding the Gophers getting close to selling beer at their home games made me curious what the fans on the board think about the topic.

Ever think this would be something done at the DakotaDome? I would imagine that there could be big negatives, but also some positives. Would more students be interested? Casual fans?

I like the idea from a revenue standpoint but with anything like this, some knuckleheads may take it too far and do something stupid. Then again there is already that opportunity for someone to over-indulge in the tailgate area and I doubt beer sold in the Dome would be the tipping point.

You know me, I'm all in for beer being sold at the Dome. We'd probably retain a few haltime "pass outs" if that was the case as well.
