Lunch with the U is starting the year off again next Thursday, August 1st, at the 41st and Kiwanis Pizza Ranch in Sioux Falls. USD football coach Joe Glenn will be the first speaker of the year and will provide a preview of what's to come this fall.
For those of you who haven't attended before, the format is pretty simple. Show up at noon, eat and catch up with fellow USD fans and alumni for about 20-30 minutes, sign up for a few Coyote door prizes, listen to the day's featured speaker and catch up on USD news and up-coming events for about 20-30 minutes and head back to work.
The dates for 2013-2014 are as follows: September 12; October 10; November 14; December 12; January 9 (President Abbott speaking); February 13; March 6 (Summitt League Commissioner Tom Douple) speaking); April 10.
