TV has a post on the Argus about SDSU's O-line coach John Flynn (played for the Sooners) and his recent efforts in helping to land one of two new Jackrabbit verbals. The kid comes from Owasso, Oklahoma and played for a team that beat Union the last two years, "a state and sometimes national power," according to TV's blog post.
For some reason I remember Union while watching some of the highlights of our new Oklahoma recruits as well. Does anyone else remember this?
In any event, it will be interesting to see if the Coyotes end up in any recruiting battles over kids in the coming years as the Rabbits have now followed our lead in recruiting Oklahoma.
