Too many cooks spoil the broth. Roles need to be a little more clearly defined and somebody needs to be looking out for their teammates more than themselves. I don't know who that player will be, or if she even exists on this team.
That said, it really goes to show what Fogg brought defensively (and offensively, for that matter) last year and the glue that this team is missing in the form of Bridget Arens. It's a lot easier to run an "equal-opportunity" motion offense when you've got one selfless player out there looking to set picks and get loose balls to help the team instead of her stat line.

Truer words were never spoken. Right now, there's no one to fill Fogg's role, possibly next season with the New Mexico transfer, Several players could fill Arens role if they decided to but no one really has. She just did so many little, unnoticeable things that led to team success and some of her picks were teeth rattling. I remember a few games were she had opposing defenders looking over their shoulders. There's time, however, and hopefully someone will step up.

I know the girl from Lincoln East is tall, can play either inside and out and put it on the floor so she'll be a Duffy like player who can do it all. There was a nice article in the Lincoln Journal Star about a week ago on her. The other girl is more of a pure post. All three will bring needed height.

The unselfish is right on. We have too many people who only know how to create a shot for one person.
