I'd call UND and Omaha somewhat improved. NDSU somewhat regressed. They are all three tied in the standings right now. Denver is really bad. Despite the upset over WIU, I think St. Thomas will lose a ton of games, too. Right now I'd go with:
1. USD
2. SDSU 3. Kansas City
4. WIU 5T Omaha 5T NDSU 5T UND 8 ORU
9 UST 10 Denver

SDSU hasn't fallen that far. They should not be in a tier with KC. They are in the second tier by themselves.

That is pretty even. We will see how the rematch goes. KC needs to finish in the top 3 in the league or maybe win a Summit League tourney to be considered on the same tier. One close game is way too small of a sample size and the game was in KC. Just an opinion.

If it were, your beloved Jacks would, of course, be in their own tier at the top. Get a room.

You ARE right about sample size, though. Picking #4-8 is pretty much a shot in the dark right now. I think KC will do well once they start playing games again.

Mods maybe it is time to start sending out some warnings. People may have their favorites on the board but this type of post should not be tolerated.

Not a personal attack. In fact, not even sarcasm. If we are ranking Summit WBB teams based on past achievements, it would be hard not to admit the Jacks are literally in their own category at the top. 9 or 10 SLT titles, almost consecutively.
I was simply pointing out how very asinine it is to conflate any past achievements with what is essentially a “power poll” for this season. It makes exactly zero sense.
And I give exactly zero s——ts if that offends anyone. Don’t post asinine things, and you won’t get called out for said posts.

Looks like Reaching the Summit now has some more dedicated coverage for Women's basketball, including a new podcast and twitter account! Nice. Give them a follow/ like/ listen...
The podcast has three contributors with links to SDSU, USD and WIU:

End Q1: Omaha 17, SDSU 12. They have no one to guard Pilakouta.

Looks like the Jacks’ arc shooting came alive in the second half. Big win
