21-7 Illinois State so far. The Yotes scored a touchdown after being down by 3 touchdowns. Now Illinois State fumbles and the Yotes get it back. A touchdown on this drive could make this a game.

21-12. The Yotes are coming back after being down by 3 touchdowns but have missed 2 two point conversions. We have a game on our hands.

Listening to streaming online...I think the feed is 5 minutes behind....big turnover and big TS for the Yotes. Now 21-12.
Have to follow live stats for real time game play.

Per Jay Elsen on twitter, he suffered a concussion from his head being slammed to the turf.

Another fumble by Illinois State and the Yotes get it back again. Wow what a turnaround in momentum in this game.

We really need to find a kicker for the rest of the game...if we can keep this up, we may need a point or two.

Picked off by the Redbirds. That's too bad as the Yotes were really coming on.

Hard to believe we don't have a backup kicker. No excuse.

Illinois State comes back and scores a touchdown at the end of the half. That was a tough exchange in having a drive stall on an INT and a Redbird touchdown after the pick. 28-12 is the halftime score. Mo kind of back with ISU again.

Illinois State drives right down the field for an easy field goal. 31-20. South Dakota has a real problem sustaining momentum. This has been a pattern all year. Why is it that positives can't be built upon with this team. When push comes to shove and the game is really on the line the Coyotes always seem to regress. 10:49 to go. Maybe things will be different this time around and the Yotes will figure out a way to get it done.

Touchdown Redbirds. 38-20 and that pretty well wraps it up with only 3:19 to go. 0-8 in the Valley 2 of the 3 years in the conference. There is no way the Yotes will beat the Jacks in an outdoor game in mid November next week. It will be lucky if the team even shows up for that game to make it competitive. I kind of doubt it.

We haven't been competitive in conference for the last 11 games. 9 straight double digit losses. I thought the 90's were tough. This is worse and it isn't going to get any better soon. The talent isn't there folks. We have a few nice pieces but nothing near a roster that can even be 500.

The Yotes will show up next weekend. Knocking the Bunnies out of the playoff would let the Yotes end the season on a positive note.
Despite all the injuries, the one thing the Yotes showed today was the desire to keep fighting. Unbelievable the number of injuries the Yotes have suffered this year. When even Bergner gets a concussion, you know the Yotes cannot catch a break.
