That is one I won't feel comfortable with until the ink is dry. He is getting lay calls/offers.

It is great to get some instate kids. Decker appears to have nice soft hands and catches the ball comfortably.

Updated and streamlined the OP. Also added links to the applicable Rivals, 247, ESPN, MaxPreps or other profile, with a preference toward Rivals.

I think Matt has good upside potential and a frame that still has some room for added muscle etc. He's very athletic...great vertical jumper...good hands. The coaches won't have to worry about him in the classroom: he's a very good student. His extended family has had a long association with USD.

any new info on Milo Hall? That would be a huge add! Strong+Hall in the backfield would be nasty! That would be a potent 1 - 2 punch for sure. I will feel a lot better about it tomorrow when we see those NLI's come in. I want them both, but the jury is still out on them. How does that work with Calvin if he is inelligible? Can he still sign with us then try and qualify academically later?

Nate Gunn and Marquiz Simpkins are pretty good running back pickups as well. I am sure one or two of these backs might be used at other positions.

Yes, he can sign with us but potentially be unable to play. I believe Tyler Starr went this same path, losing a year of eligibility while raising his grades.

I believe Tyler Starr went this same path, losing a year of eligibility while raising his grades. Anyone has the summer in an attempt to gain elgibility for the fall season. If an athlete is ruled ineligible due to grades, that athlete still has four years to play. The NCAA gives each athlete 5 years to play 4. Many times that extra year is burnt up due to injury, etc. Many schools red shirt the kids their first year, so that they come in the second year as redshirt freshmen.

I feel like people continue to speculate about an eligibility issue for Strong, but I have not heard or seen anything substantive to back this theory (other than some mentality based on a lack of FBS offers). To those that would be "in the know," can you please site us to an article or indicate that you you have a valid source (I am NOT asking you to reveal or name the source, however).
I thought that back when he committed there were articles that quoted his coach saying something to the effect of "don't worry, he will be fine to qualify." I could be WAY off here, however. Coaches often make statements like this in order to be supportive.

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but multiple sources on twitter are reporting Milo Hall committed to Colorado State today.
