Does anyone have list of commits for the 2016 class? i know there has to be one out there but I don't even have a clue about where to begin looking for something like that. Just wondering if anyone has any "inside" info on commits or kids that have been offered by the Coyotes?

I usually get into this pretty hard once the season finishes up, but there are a few verbals that I know of for sure... I think if anyone outside of the football team is going to have the list of commits it's Cuz. That guy just loves the recruiting side of things.

Kid from Park is a big back. Coached against them this past season. Solid performer who was one of the top backs in our conference.

Chad, as you can probably see we are in the process of hiring a new coach as our beloved Joe Glenn just retired. I am sure our assistant coaches have lot on their minds & plates with an uncertain future. With that said, I would guess that they would have to bring in a Kicker this year. Miles Bergner will be a Senior and his back-up Ethan James will be a Junior. I am unsure James' skill level, as I have never seen him kick. I do know that when Bergner got knocked out of the game against Illinois St, a reserve TE came in to do the punting.
Matthew Middleton is the recruiting coordinator and Marquis Williams is the special team coach. Find them on twitter & Goyotes.com and be persistent. |

Ethan James came in last year when Bergner got hurt against Illinois State. He had two or three kicks and we benched him in favor of two-point attempts and a TE or LB for punts and kickoffs. |

All state selections in Nebraska HS football came out today. List includes Ducker from Bellevue East (father was a very good DB and kick returner for USD in the mid-90s) SDSU has a few commits from the list as well. USD needs to find a way to improve recruiting in this big metro area 2 hrs to campus. SDSU and NDSU have been doing a better job recruiting the area. SDSU started to gain more traction when they added a staff member that had HS coaching ties in that area. Good list of prospects Nebraska HS Football All State Selections |
