In all honesty that half of football was a lot more than a lot of people might have expected.
Let's give the Coyotes a lot of credit here. If State would have run the ball down the Yotes throat for a 21 to zip lead this could have gotten real ugly after that. But the defense stepped up and the offense got at least a little creative to get it tied up.
Don't really like the way the angry ones took it down the field for the intermission lead but hey I think the South Dakotans got at least a little belief in themselves through it all. That's a really big improvement over the recent past with the self proclaimed giants of the FCS.
Well, it is Any Given Saturday right?
