Looks like if we did have Logan Klemp, we don't anymore. Per his Twitter, he accepted an offer from Iowa today. That blows... Iowa can't recruit the big names... or their decent players get poached by other teams, so they resort to taking our best options. Seems like they've done the same to the bunnies several times over and to a few other MVFC teams as well. So does that speak well for our conference as to the caliber of player that's being recruited or poorly for the Hawkeyes? Nebraska, with Scott Frost resurrecting the walk on program in Lincoln, is going to be a burr under the saddle of a few MVFC teams in the future as well.

Committed to UNI 6' 200 SS I might try to make a master list of offers and who they committed to if I get bored enough.

My guess is Logan Klemp, looks like he had a visit yesterday Here's an article I found on Klemp and he states he was committed to USD before the scholarship offer from Iowa iowa.rivals.com/news/klemp-discusses-his-decisionQ: Prior to that, you had given a verbal to South Dakota before? KLEMP: Yeah. That's a great program over there with great coaches, but being an Iowa kid I've always been an Iowa fan growing up, so this was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up.

Guess we’re now even with the bunnies on LB prospects lost to Iowa.

I watched this kid's hudl again and am mesmerized not just by his speed, but by how precise his routes are and the level of body control on display. Just great overall mechanics and vision. Also loved to see him delivering great blocks and hits down field when the ball isn't in his hands.
This class has a lot of talented playmakers on both sides of the ball coming in. Definitely impressive and going to be a blast to watch develop in the years to come.
