DDays would sell out for a game against Mount Marty and they don't even have a football team. You can always count on a raucous crowd at kickoff, team needs to keep them in the game. Last time YSU came on DDays they shut everyone right away and negated that benefit.

Best segment from that article, in my opinion:

Best segment from that article, in my opinion: I would bet that the $4k was one of the factors that swayed Streveler to USD. He was coming from a MN program with a good COA allowance. Have to think more schools will be getting on board sooner rather than later.

I believe there was an interview where he stated that the education at USD including the graduate programs available was a major factor as well.

Heard a rumor that Dykhouse was able to purchase a huge block of seats already for SDSU game. Anyone able to confirm that? Would the Athletic Dept sell him a huge block of seats prior to tickets going on sale to general public?

No reason USD shouldn't have 6-7k season ticket holders.

When you consider the schedule that the Coyotes have played that is very impressive. What is more impressive is that in some of the games this year the Coyotes were so far ahead in those games they pulled back on the aggressiveness as well. I would have to say at this point that the Coyotes could very well have the best offense in the FCS. Of course other teams will argue but not many have a better case to be made then South Dakota.

Really liked that the answer pegged us as playing like, at least, a FCS semifinalist so far.

Don't think that's accurate. Cody Case fumbled against Bowling Green.
