The stands are going in right now. Starting to get a better idea of what we are looking at.

I'm excited for the renovations as I think the new side is going to give a great vantage point. I was on the edge of buying season tickets the last few years and getting priority for good seats on the new side or lower on the current side helped me pull the trigger. In the SCSC, I actually prefer to be up at least 10 rows with the pitch of the seats. I think the idea of the boxes below the seats in the Dome is perfect, there will be no stadium with boxes and loges that close to the field in the nation.

And just like that we’ve got the seats going in!

I'm surprised the dome cam hasn't been working for a number of days.

I'm surprised the dome cam hasn't been working for a number of days. They have it working again, and have most of the seating installed.

I'll say this: If you're planning on getting seats in the top row on the new, west side, be in shape. It's a trek to get up there.

Really bold statement in light of all the cancellations and delays the past couple days. Looks like Big Ten is cutting the non-conference games.

Bunnies lost their game with Nebraska. I think they've got two more scheduled in the future. Everyone is losing every game this year. I simply can't imagine college athletics happening this fall. I believe I said this in a different thread, but the professional sports reboots are going to fail and they don't have 1/100th the logistics that NCAA teams have. The MLS came back first and one day after returning two teams have had to pull out due to rampant infections. This coming with a similar plan to the NBA where every team is in a "bubble" locked away from the world. I paid for my football season tickets and hope I get to use them. I'll be in Ames if there is a game. Pretty sure I'll be on my couch playing video games instead because life won't be any different than it is today, just colder.

Sadly, I think you might be right. I'm not nearly as optimistic as I was a month ago.
