I don't think we'll see him this year. Hope we see him back next year as that boy is a beast. We could sure use him.

Don't disagree with this at all, but Whitcomb, Headlee, Coker and Peguero are doing a great job in the interior and all four of them are back next season. Toss Burson into the mix and that position is deep and talented now and for the future. |

Actually he’s closer to being ready than you think. He’s still probably 3-4 weeks out before being 100%. The play 4 games rule very well may play out. The coaches and medical staff will not play him at anything less than 100%. I’m betting he sees the field. Perhaps NDSU.

Isaac Erbes played in game 6. Believe FG/XP line which seems silly to burn a game for on a true freshman.
Elidor played again.

Now that we basically have to win out to make the playoffs, I would be good with seeing more true freshmen over the past 4 games. They've been in the program for 3 months now, let's see what they've got.

They've been in the program for 3 months now, let's see what they've got. Obviously easier to do at home without roster limitations. I’m ok with the idea, depending on position. I wouldn’t play Schultz at all though. Don’t rush that healing process. I’d be cautious with Case. He’s already played 2 games, and I wouldn’t burn a year if we’re out of it. |

With the blowout and near-zero chance of playoffs there were some guys getting their first action today. Rexroat-Potts was the only new true freshman out there. I don't think we are going to see Burson or Eliodor again, no reason to waste a year of eligibility.

Starling played in his 4th games today. Brooks and Tisdale were the only true freshman to burn a season.
Case played in game 4 today and will use a redshirt, as well as Nathan Schultz who didn’t play at all.
