USD is bringing in a lot of dudes this year. I believe the rules are that you have 63 scholarships to split to up to 85 kids. However, I believe that the maximum roster size, including walk-ons, is 125. Feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken. With this group of 34 they should be getting pretty close to the 125 max. Obviously, there are always a few kids that leave the program for various reasons.

This class definitely has some exciting players and the potential to replenish our roster. I appreciate the increase in PWOs from SD. One thing I'm curious about would be our historical retention rate of Florida recruits. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I was thinking the same thing. Much of that would likely be due to the fact that there are more walk-ons from South Dakota. The only real negative from getting kids from outside the 400 mile radius of Vermillion is the difficulty in keeping them involved with the University after graduation.

Cole shows very good mobility, quickness, accuracy and throws a very catchable ball. Looks like a very good prospect!

Question: Is there a good source for knowing recruits offers outside of scrolling through their twitters? I am always curious to know who we beat for prospects.
