Right along with Christmas as the greatest week of the year. LOL
C’mon peeps we have to get reenergized. Not all is lost. Season #2 is upon us. Time to get juiced again. Whatever’s happened has happened. OGAAT
Don’t give up now. Conference play is upon us. Indiana State comes to town sporting a 2-2 record. Although they could’ve beaten Kansas they have been less than stellar as well. We need to be extremely loud and boisterous and make the Dome the pit of Hell for opponents.
I’m calling for a 24-14 D Days win that the score is closer than the game.

I am so excited for this one. We have to show up for DDAYS! This game is so pivotal for the rest of the season. Anybody have any insight on Indiana State? I saw their latest game vs Eastern Illinois Ryan Boyle (The guy that torched us in triple OT last year) only threw one time last week. Did he get hurt? Regardless its a Valley team and most likely this game will be decided by a score. What is the Dome going to look like with the construction? Just packed in there like sardines?

Doesn't matter if we are 1-3, 0-4, or 4-0, you win on Dakota Day and do your best to wash away the memory that night.

I see that Trey Rodriguez is no longer listed on the roster in either game notes or website. I guess what was said happened at UNC happened and it was dealt with quickly. Hope this means more playing time and carries for Ben Klett.

It's concerning that our staff couldn't sniff out such an obvious character defect ahead of time. Yes! Give Klett the ball! Just 3 carries against UNC and he still made a big impact. We aren't exactly deep at RB and he has a style different from the other two guys getting carries. We need to get Klett more carries.

He’s a workhorse in the weight room, healthy, fast and won’t cost you 15 yards in personal penalties like Henry does every game. We have depth in the RB position, coaches struggling using the right kids. Put Klett and Gibbs in and it’s a solid running game.

I'd like to see more Klett and Gibbs though - but I understand there are only so many plays. With Rodriguez gone there will be more opportunities for someone.
