Who ever on our staff that is assigned to Florida had earned his recruiting bonus so far for this class.

My guess would be Abdul Hodge. One genuinely great guy. He’s the best

For the record I have no idea what this ranking means.

For the record I have no idea what this ranking means. It seems they rank the top 63 athletes in West Palm Beach. It must be kind of a big deal if they have this kind of attention, but I still have no idea how they stack up with East Palm Beach.

If you live in East Palm Beach you're probably a fish.

If you live in East Palm Beach you're probably a fish. I had to check before making that quip. I found an East Palm Beach in the Bahamas. Not sure what kind of talent comes out of that region.

Never know how these kids will turn out, but it seems we're really killing it in recruiting this year. I would imagine that the completion of the Dome has a lot to do with that. It's one thing to tell a recruit what you're planning on doing, another to show them pictures of the plans, but an entirely different animal to actually have it done and showcased.

Historically, high school kids had the option of graduating at semester break and starting their college in January. I assume that they were allowed to participate in spring ball when they did this, but don't know for certain as it was a rare occurrence. With the football season being moved to the spring, I wonder how this will impact the early graduates.
Another potential oddity will be juco players. Will they be able to play for their juco in the fall and then join a 4-year school at semester break and be eligible to play in the spring?

I can't say I've ever been 220 trillion percent committed to anything in my life. Bravo to this young man.
