So this might be an anomaly, or could be staff changes and lost connections to MN, or maybe just not anyone they’ve honed in on. Hard to say. The geographical location of vermillion does make it harder to recruit as opposed to Brookings/Fargo/GF and their proximity to MN. IA/KS/NE all much more in the area. |

Vermillion's location is much different than Fargo's. Vermillion to Fargo is about 4 hours. Vermillion to Oklahoma City is a little over 8 hours, for example.
We can recruit south into Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, even Texas and it's within a 12 hour drive. Colorado, Illinois, Wisconsin are all in play too.
The location is just different because we're not snuggled up next to Canada. Much more of the U.S. is recruitable for USD due to location.

oh I agree, getting to Kansas City, Omaha, Okla for you guys should be a huge feather in the cap.
I was honestly just surprised to see 0 Minnesota on your current class and i haven't seen USD offer many MN kids.

Yotes receive a verbal from Melvin Swindle out of Oklahoma. 3-star OL/DL who at one point had offers from Iowa State, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, and Kansas among others. Very impressive class so far.
