Lots of D-II offers from MIAA and NSC, but the Bison and Cowgirls offers stand out. Also the Ivy League U of Penn. Some recruits don't announce D-II offers, but it's nice when they do. Some of these might have been from earlier this year or from last year. She announced a bunch of them all at once in April.*edit: committed to Wyoming

Per this article ($$) in todays Fargo's InForum, Wohlford has now picked up an offer from the Yotes. " Wohlford is a 6-foot-2 power forward from Smithville, Kansas. She got offered early by the Bison and took an unofficial visit to Fargo last week. She stopped in Vermillion on her way home and got another offer from the Coyotes."

Her tweet about the offer: TWITTERnice wingspan: I was wondering when we would offer a big in the 2025 class, to balance out the two (great) guards! Looks like all three of our new assistants were already following her before coming to USD, so that's good.

this recent post and reply from our class of 2025 recruits is a big relief for me. Bartlett and Schlagel visiting Vermillion for elite camps...
We will need some guards to step up in 2025 to fill the Grace-sized hole in the roster, and I really think Schlagel looks like a stud. Time will tell, but I'm glad she is still in.

Refs that call those two charges are some of the worst people on earth.

Refs that call those two charges are some of the worst people on earth. I thought those calls were shaky at best. But I do like the way Tori Schlegel plays and the Yotes will be lucky to have her!

Great recruit. I'm looking forward to seeing what she can do in red.

They're the bane of modern basketball. Falling down isn't a basketball skill and shouldn't be rewarded. If you get legitimately run over, fine. But the entire concept of rotating in front of an offensive player as they gather, drawing minimal contact as a result, and having the referee chalk up a foul and a turnover on the offensive player is a travesty.

This is someone we speculated at possibly being a commit announcement a couple months back. Looks like she has had a busy month, with six new offers and a visit to Bradley. From a competitive standpoint I'd say we are her best offer so far. GWU might be a good academic choice. I'll guess she schedules a visit to Verm. I updated her info post on this page (page 6). I was wondering if there might be a wing-type player offered in this class, and a post. Looks like both offers for those spots are from the KC metro area. This staff has a lot more KC contacts than past staffs.
