Black Helicopter time: WIU couldn't get to 8 available players, and per a JD Gravina tweet, that was known on Friday. Looks like WIU wanted to play shorthanded, but SL said no. On Thursday, WIU played 9 players at least 10 minutes against SDSU. So SDSU was certainly exposed on the court. Hard to say what level of exposure by which players of course. But history would certainly say SDSU will have zero cases.
Since the pandemic started, we have had 2 FB season and almost 2 full MBB and WBB seasons. In a state where very little was done to try to mitigate spread, somehow SDSU has had zero postponements and zero games even noted as someone missing. A year ago I said they should share what they are doing with others. Now I'm starting to think something smells funny.
To be clear I hope no one from SDSU (or any school) gets exposed to COVID, especially this time of year when the players are so close the SLT. And also to be clear, I don't think Joe Rogan/Clay Travis/etc. are people to take virology opinions from - so no need to quote some 'study'. This is just an observation of something that defies experienced reality.

FWIW, Timmer has been the first person off the bench for the Bunnies in recent games and she didn't show up in the box score from the Bunnies game vs the Tommies yesterday

I wonder who from the Jack Official Fan Forum (JackOFF) is on duty to monitor any and all communications that could even slightly be perceived as negative in regard to the bunnies? I'm sure we'll be hearing from them shortly indignantly informing us of the error of our thoughts. As for you gopheryote beware of being abducted and sent to the bunny reeducation camp located in the Swine Education and Research Facility at SDSU.

It's great we're getting the game in, but it does stink we don't get the full week of rest and practice leading up to tourney time.
