When will Grange be able to start playing? She was starting to play really well a year ago the last couple of games prior to her ACL injury. At the start of the season I heard she was a few weeks away. She tore her ACL about a year ago exactly and then didn't have surgery until sometime in December. So we'll see if she gets in a few non-conference games or they wait until conference season.

Lady Yotes battled a tall, aggressive, quick 5-1 AZ team receiving votes. Refs could have called several more AZ fouls in1st half and they were lucky to bank two 3s in.
Coyotes gave up way too many pts on steals and turnovers as others have said but battled hard the whole game!
Great teaching/learning experience which will help them grow!!

Just watched today's game. I think this trip was good for them, but they have a fair amount of work to do. I think the emphasis on defense is paying off. They held three P5's to poor shooting efforts, and I don't think that is coincidental. They were good with rotations and assignments today. Demers was outstanding in the 3Q, even before hitting those two threes at the end. Played physically and confidently. And I thought the energy and spirit was excellent overall.
They still have a few players who need to play more confidently, but that's kind of a chicken or egg situation...do you need to play more confidently to see the results or do you play more confidently when you see the results? Also, they still aren't that quick or athletic, with the exception of Larkins.
So, I think progress is being made, but they'll need further improvement to challenge the Jacks, even with their injuries. Good tourney, and winning that first one was key to enable them to play a couple other P5's.

Bergstrom already redshirted, so I’d guess that she isn’t 100% healthy yet? Guessing Klosterbuer and Broughton are redshirting.

USD coaches seem to not talk about injuries which is not a bad thing. I wonder about Carson maybe she will set out a year at the end of the last season she was playing well . We will know the roster when the conference starts

Klosterbuer has already played in 2 games so she is not redshirting. She was with the team but didn't suit up for any of the games so I'm guessing she's injured. I never saw Bergstrom on the bench at any of the Battle games and didn't see her there at the UNC game either. No idea what is going on with her.

Broughton has appeared in 2 contests already. She played a couple minutes against Michigan at the end of the game and also played against Northern State.

I mean, we already have a mystery player who is not on scholarship other than Mason. Maybe it’s Bergstrom? Who knows. I really hope we are able to see Grange play again.

I'm not sure about Klosterbuer. Carson's status at the start of the year was TBD, and I haven't heard an update.
Bergstrom re-injured her knee in a practice just after the season started. I didn't hear a diagnosis but her absence from the team doesn't make me optimistic.

Confirmed Bergstrom is out for the year with a re-injured knee. Said Klosterbuer is out with an injured foot, not sure for how long.

Kieffer is going to be a really good player. You can tell she's a coach's kid

Only 13 turnovers I agree Kieffer looks like a player needs to shoot more but that will come. Big game coming up with N Iowa at home hope for a good turn out of fans
