I'm still pondering, but I think we make this more of a game than people (and Vegas) might think. 38-17, guys in red and white (See what I did there?).

First a quick joke.... How many Badger fans does it take to screw in a lightbulb? Two - one to do the work and one to tell you how great Ron Dane was (rimshot)...
I'm afraid it's gonna be over 50 to under 10, but I hope I'm pleasantly surprised!

I hope we are pleasantly suprised at how well the Yotes hang in this game. Honestly, it all depends on the Badgers and their mindset and preparedness. They focus in on this game all week and it could get ugly. They have their mind looking toward next week, it could be a closer game than expected.

Wisconsin will likely score over 50 based on the fact they never seem to take their foot off the offensive gas even when they are up big.

54-10 Wisconsin, wouldn't be surprised if the Badgers put up 70 for the home fans.

This might be a game where the score may not indicate what type of team we are. Hell, BCS teams are getting pi$$ pounded by the Badgers, and many of them should be better than we are. It isn't out of line to think Wisconsin could beat us by 50 or more points, and yet you could make an argument that we could play them to a 35-10 game. In either case, we still have one of the better FCs teams in the nation, and that won't change.
Coach is right. They aren't paying us $400,000+ to come over and embarrass them. If you watch or read Wisconsins coachs press conference, apparently Tyler Starr said something to the effect that we are going over there and punch them in the mouth, and we'll just see what happens. Alot of coaches would laugh that off, but Bielema did not. He says that by a Coyote player making that statement he must feel like he can do it, and that concerns me. He went on to say that USD is a confident team, and he feels like they will be tested. In other words, he had alot of respect for USD, and he damned well is going to make sure his team understands that. It could be 35-7 at half, and if so, the "dogs will be called off" and then we play against guys closer to our skill sets.
All that being said, I look for a 54-13 game. If it is under 14 at the end of the 3rd quarter, then don't be surprised to see Wisconsin play starters and try and make it a much wider spread for poll reasons.
I hope we play "confidently" and don't back down. I'd be happy with that. I will be there wearing Coyote RED. Go 'Yotes

I don't think "maintstream" Vegas puts a line on these types of games, but some off-shore websites typically do. Haven't heard of one out yet.

Go 'Yotes I don't know if you are right about Wisconsin calling off the dogs if they are up big. I haven't seen them do that in many years. Their coaches pretty much like to light up the scoreboard.

Nobody likes Bielema in the Big Ten. Hawkeyes are embarrased that he came from their coaching tree. The guy needs to know when the game is won and not embarass the other team and coaching staff. He'll embarass us if he has the chance. Heck, he runs it up and embarasses conference foes. Someday the shoe will be on the other foot and he'll get paid back in spades. I just hope it's Iowa who does it, but Ferentz has too much class to do something like that.
Just wanted to get that out before the game. Either way, we took the game, we accepted the check, let's go take our medicine, hope we get a few breaks and make it a contest.

Ferentz doesn't have good enough offenses that can run up the score. I would rather have Bielema than Ferentz anyday. Better recruiter, better program in Wisconsin.
Ferentz=overpaid and overrated.
I would love to see Tyler Starr lay a big hit on Russel Wilson though...that kid is good...Starr that is..and Wilson as well.

Would like to say the Yotes pull the upset and win 34 - 31, but realistically will have to go with the Badgers to the tune of 45-17

Somethings that will help keep the game closer than expected. 1. Wisconsin hopefully looking ahead to Nebraska. The fans sure have, if you look at their message board. 2. The fans looking ahead to nebraska and not getting into the game. 3. Coach Sprague was a Captain and GA for 3 years so hopefully they won't run it up if they have a chance. 4. USD playing with confidence and nothing to lose. If Wisconsin comes ready to play and brings their "A" game it will get ugly. If they sputter a little and USD gets some breaks we can keep it closer than expected. To win would be a minor miracle but stranger things have happened.
