Rivalry and homecoming games are always going to have higher prices everywhere in college football. Is that really all it took to get banned? I'm never going to bother going over there again with how ignorant and uninformed so many of the posters were in my previous visits.

The Coyote vs Bunny TV you tube was funny and true!! Especially about the rabbit ear(s) on the radio--get it jack fans!! Oh by the way--appeared not to be many people in the stands for the ISU fb game last Saturday even though they were ranked #2 in the nation. Is it true that you have expanded your stadium to accommodate more bison fans!! Or were some jack fans lost in the new practice facility?? A USD fan talking attendance smack? That's pretty funny. Have you started serving alcohol to your students yet to keep them in the building? Heard the student section against the #2 team in the country was lacking up north as well.

I may have rubbed a few people the wrong way a week or so leading up to that message, which is why I sent it as a personal message rather than on the board for everyone to see. They get pretty wound up over there very easily.

State raises the price of the USD games at home, too.

The Yotes crowd should be arriving at the tailgate area by now. It will be the people without tickets from Brookings area and Coyotefan watching the action on Midco. Hopefully the Jackrabbits defense can throttle the Yotes scoring. Either way it is a great day for the game to be played and enjoyed. PS It is too bad it is not being played outside!

I think every school's athletic dept., with reason (i.e. - be mindful of the student fees being paid and some state support in the picture) should push increasing revenue whenever possible and it doesn't bother me that USD or SDSU or any school would raise prices for certain games and add requirements like passwords. Passwords, even ones that become available to the unintended, help build interest for tickets. College athletic events are still a great entertainment value in this region. For those who cannot make it to the stadium, watch it on TV (that's what I'm doing today).

Spending a few minutes reading this smack thread and I came across this: On a side note, USD was made fun of by a user on the bunny board for making the SDSU game more expensive than others. I pointed out that is good strategy in a neg rep message. He came back at me and I got banned for the comment (weak). Little did I know that SDSU tickets were more expensive for the NDSU game than any other game, hypocrite! I don't expect anything less from this poster though, he has blue and yellow glasses on for sure. ... What? coyotecrazie, you know that's not accurate. But, I read on and came across your followup comment: I may have rubbed a few people the wrong way a week or so leading up to that message, which is why I sent it as a personal message rather than on the board for everyone to see. They get pretty wound up over there very easily. At least your followup adds a little clarity. "I may have rubbed a few people the wrong way a week or so leading up to that message...." You are a master at understatement. Fear that Ed fellow.

A large, stretch limo just left Sioux Falls full of Coyote fans intending to have a great time, cheer on their team, and probably not be able to drive home. yotemeal, your buddies are on that limo.
Hope it's a safe game and no injuries!
Go Rabbits. Watch out for Ed but other than that, beat the heck out of the 'Yotes.

One of the passengers is not looking forward to his next call with you.

With the Fear Ed campaign still the official marketing campaign, it'll probably keep getting worked, particularly in a smack thread.
From time to time, one of the U.dotters or sons will ask "Who's Ed?" [Cousin' Eddie -- I got that very question from one of the limo-riders who is smarter than you and me in that he doesn't visit message boards.]

I tried to read through this thread, ... But it has devolved into other discussion.
I would like to put my vote in for a football rivalry trophy. The showdown series is just as dumb as the HyVee Cy-Hawk series in Iowa.
Nobody cares who wins the statistical majority of all sports. Just doesn't move the needle. Not saying that basketball isn't important here too, but rivalry trophies don't happen much in that sport. More like championship trophies. We need to get a few more of those and drop the "all sports" crap.
IMHO
