Looks like 700 student tickets were claimed for the game. I don't know how many of those claimed will show up, or what the usual amount that attend is, but I thought I'd share that. Despite the new success for the team, I don't see it raising student interest much at all. They'll all pretend to be fans once another Dakota team comes to town though. Hope my fellow student body proves me wrong. Almost every University at our level has challenges with student attendance. I just hope the 500-700 that are there have fun and are loud. My group on the other side of the field will do our best as well too. Who knows what to expect for attendance today. Game is on KDLT as well as ESPN3 online. Couple that with a forecasted beautiful weather day - I know some USD grads that are more casual fans that told me they have a tee time tomorrow during the game. My guess would be in the 6000 to 7000 range. What is more concerning to me is that around 250 tickets to the SDSU FB game are still out there. Come on! The USD base needs to step it up! Game should have sold out in the first week with as few seats as are really available. |

People must be thinking they don't need to get tickets in advance, just able to waltz right up to the Dome and get a ticket like a regular week. |

Nice start to the game.
CoyoteVision is great. WhinerVision and RedBirdHD were a joke.
Great 4th down stop and now the Yotes are threatening.

3 & out Yotes. Bergner gets a good punt off but there is a running into the kicker penalty on Ysu.
SD gives up a yard on 1st D and the Q ends.
