I certainly agree that Midco does a great job and their sports broadcasts are the main reason I'm a customer since I live in Rapid City and can't catch many games live. I certainly have recommended Midco to friends who are interested in the regional teams....

That was a huge win for the ladies today! It is funny hearing what all the state fans have to say how they just played terrible. They had so many unforced turnovers they said. Pretty sure it was just some dang good defense that forced most of that.
It was really an exciting game to watch. Midco does great broadcasting all these games. I thought the announcers were very good today for both teams. Just like Charlie pointed out, Nieman is going to talk a little more about sdsu than USD because he covers them. He didn't sound like a homer to me at all.

Is there any way the archive can be watched anywhere. I wouldn't mind catching this one for the first time.

Great win by the Yotes on a day offense was hard to come by. Seekamp doing Seekamp things and Yotes making big play after big play down the stretch. Pure comedy on the bunny board ranging from the coyotes being "done" after this year to back hands about Seekamp's elgibility. Huge win, glad i was proved wrong on this one. Seekamp getting a pretty firm grasp on that summit POY award.

If anything, State was fortunate that some of the loose balls ended up bouncing right to them to get a score on about 5 possessions. The final possession of the half and the ball that Miller saved over the half court line and were able to make a shot at the clock were two that stood out. This was an even match up that could have went either way. The refs were hit and miss for both teams. A lot of touchy fouls were called.

The entire Midco SN staff was pro SDSU throughout the entire game. Nice win ladies!!! agree. I expect some since it was an SDSU home game with their beat reporters running the show but not to the magnitude it happened.
It was funny at the end of the game when they were pumping out all of these pro SDSU stats. Must have thought the wabbits were going to win. Tom Nieman is a horrible homer. Hard to listen to his comments for a full game. last years football game in Brookings was another example. Makes you respect the great job Jay does. Gives a fair broadcast centered towards the Yotes. Not a one sided pep rally like what happened on Sunday.

I was at the game so I didn’t get to hear the broadcast. Tom’s been pro-bunny in the past during broadcasts, so it wouldn’t surprise me… If he was pro-bunny, to me it makes the win that much sweeter.
I love Monday’s like this… The bunny fans in the office are pretty quiet this morning.
Congrats Lady Coyotes!

I will say again that I disagree about the MidcoSN staff being slanted. It would be a real dumb move on their part to allow a slanted broadcast when you consider that these broadcasts are being watched by fans of two different sports entities that MidcoSN partners with. They know better than to step on the toes of any fanbase that they are counting on to tune in year round. This was another great production that lived up to the standard that I have come to expect from the Midco crew.

Big matchup with conference rival SDSU at 2 today, game is on MidcoSN and espn3. Yotes have been just underwhelming in conference play so far but a win today would erase that feeling. Saw today that the women have not won in Brookings since 1990, the year before I was born. Good day to end that streak. Go Yotes! I'm not a fan of womens BB, but i did read somewhere that it was 26 years since the USD women had won at Frost. Very impressive win, congrats to the Yote gals! Was there a celebration today in Vermillion, parade or something, or was it too cold?

No parade. Business as usual working hard to keep pushing towards their second straight regular season conference championship.
