Counting to 4 may be pushing jackl's math skills a bit there yote14. Anyone have any updated information as to RPIs and rankings after the game this weekend? Congratulations to Nicole for earning Summit League Player of the Week, her third this season and sixth for her career. RPI SDSU 79 USD 81

Are you sure this is the most up to date bracketology Yotes?
It doesn't have SDSU's #3 seed at large bid entered in.

I thought the announcers were pretty good today. They were very complimentary of both sides and provided some good insight for both teams. Also, Tom does the Jackrabbit Journal so it only makes sense he is more knowledgeable about the Jacks and therefore had more to say about them. In my opinion, the announcers today were pro women's college basketball and nothing else. Thanks to Midco SN for providing great local sports coverage. I agree. People often confuse knowledge with bias. I get the same kind of flack every time I do anything involving SDSU. It's always our goal to be neutral and to describe what is happening as objectively as possible, regardless of whether it's USD-SDSU or USD-IUPUI.

State fans are complaining about them being pro USD on their boards... The struggle is real, folks.

Media folks need to realize something, USD fans will not be happy until SDSU shuts down their athletics program and that school located in Brookings closes down for good. There is only one state flagship school in South Dakota and that is the one located in Vermillion. Until that day comes the struggle will continue.

FIFY USD is officially designated the flagship school by the state of SD, can't argue with a fact like that.

Must be a typo. I'll email Charlie Creme to make sure...... In all honestly, it was a good game. USD showed they could play defense when they want. Seekamp is a beast and took over like she should. Hopefully Macy Miller learned a little from Seekamp on how she takes over at the end of a game. The next 2 games will be a doozy. If only both teams could get into the NCAA Tournament.

A doozy for sure. Miller will be at that level at Seekamps age too. No doubt about it.
Although USD or SDSU may get a decent seed in the tournament (rightfully so) I think it will be a few years at best before one would get an at large bid unfortunately. The rest of the league on the women's side is just so bad. It's nice to see some parity on the men's side finally. Makes for much better basketball. The men's side is elevating itself at the midmajor level similar to the growth of the MVFC recently.

I would think it would take something like 14-2 or better in the conference to be considered for an at large bid.
