Okay yotes, impressive all around first half. Pass coverage stills bit inconsistent, but all other facets of the game show nice improvement.

Chemistry in the RB room has to interesting when you’ve got Rodriguez tweeting about his lack of touches per game in a win. Gee, hard to believe he couldn't stick with a program. I noticed he was yelling at the coaches again. Disappointed that the coaching staff is putting up with this behavior. We don’t need that kind of toxicity on the team.

Hey, I have an idea. Let’s put in our 235 lb back in goal line. Beyond stupid not putting in Klett

Where the hell is Ben Klett? He should have been on the series near the goal line. Has he been a jack hole or something at practice where they won’t put him in? If not, I don’t understand? For the record, Ben Klett is a wonderful young man. No idea why he’s not in on short yardage. Dumb in my opinion.

You are kidding me that Ben Klett didn’t get in the game? Seriously? What the hell kind of game does it take to have a down within the 5 yard line and have Ben run it in? I am baffled? I’ll never understand why we don’t use Ben Klett in short yardage and goal line packages. Ben is a 235 lb, hard-nosed RB built for running over the opponents. Any doubts, watch the highlights of him versus ISU two seasons ago in the dome. This needs to be addressed.

Wow, not much respect for our yotes on the egriz fan forum. Most of their posters are picking a blow out. This overconfidence reminds me of the fan forum comments before the North Dakota game two years ago. My opinion, the team with the fewest mistakes will win the game. I believe the teams are that close in talent. I also think it could turn into a track meet. If our new defense is effective at shutting them down, we could see a repeat of the UND game. Regardless, I’m excited for a great opening game.

Weights have been updated on roster. Jensen up 30 lbs. Schultz is unfortunately not listed. Feel bad for him and BSD. The boys reported to fall camp this morning and weigh-in was done. I know for a fact that weights need to be updated still. Not having Schultz hurts. He was a real force in the middle even as a true freshman.

From the offensive line article, it looks like the coaches really like what they have in Isaac Erbes. Also, is Alex Jensen's weight outdated or is he really only 230 pounds? Erbes had a good spring scrimmage. Holds too much, but very aggressive and a big body. I think he’ll be good. The weight is correct on Jensen. A TE they switched to OL this spring for depth. He had s long ways to go to get to the right size.

We can never have too many health running backs; however a quick Google search shows that he struggled with staying out of trouble at FAU. I'm sure coach Nielson has vetted him enough, and I am all for second chances. As far as talent goes, he is a former 3 star recruit who averaged just under 6 yards a carry as a freshman. Hopefully he can regain that form here! It will be interesting to learn the whole story as me must be close to 23 or 24 years old by now. Started out at FAU, then went to a juco. USD offered him while at the juco, but he went to Marshall instead. Appears to have not played last year. Curious as to whether is will be immediately eligible and how many years he has remaining. No inside information, but dropping from FBS (Marshall) to FCS (USD) allows immediate eligibility. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like one year of eligibility left (1 year FAU, 1 year Juco and 1 year Marshall).
