With all the mess in the U of Minnesota program (minus the new HC news) has there been any word of guys transferring to USD? Got to think there might be a few.

The alumni center does NOT carry items anymore. I walked on in and got a bunch of deer in headlights stares wondering if I was on something. Hit the bookstore and the other student center place wasn't open this morning when I was in town. I did get a Chance to go to Jack and Charlie's in the mall. They had lots of items. Thanks for the help everyone.

Wait a few more years until it's the first group right when you were out. Amazing on how fast this goes.

Is the bookstore the only place in Verm to get gear? I'm stopping in town quick and want to pick some up. Thinking shirts, shorts, etc. wouldn't mind a Charlie driver cover either.

That looks pretty cool. It'll be exciting to see it being used. This has to help recruiting too.

I'm really loving that the Yotes are getting kids from the Twin Cities. I'm guessing Nielson know ps what he can get here from his days up in Duluth. Want to see the names on paper to be sure, but this really is a great step in a positive direction. Interesting to see if any of these new guys climb up the depth chart in the fall and have to play right away.

Don't lots of athletes "get away with stuff in HS that they can't in college" simply because they aren't the only great athlete on the field? . I didn't coach the kid. You all see his Hudl highlights online. I get to see game film as we're in his conference. I know he had 75-100 lbs and a half a foot on every other center in the conf. Easy to look good then. He's got great size and is from a solid program and I haven't heard his name tied to anything negative in the area, so he's a good character kid too. I've just seen more film than his Hudl shows. I'm not going to dis the kid on a public forum. He'll redshirt and learn DT/NG and contribute 4 years in whichever program he chooses.

Market plays at a neighboring school to my team. He is a load. He's a run down type kid. Got away with stuff in HS that he won't in college. If he became a Yote I guess I would have to cheer for him then. ?

I'd personally like to see more OL/DL guys in the list. Need some p!$$ pounders up front. It is nice to see an expansive footprint. Coast to coast with athletes. Now just some more Midwest tough.

Looks solid. I might just have to come down in a few months to see how spring ball goes.

tman28- you are correct. NDSU and the Sioux hit the Twin Cities really hard. I'm seeing SDSU becoming a bigger presence too. The Yotes can do a better job in this area.
