How don't you get it? Howling Pack members are the ones able to buy tickets until immediately before the game, a strategy to make sure that USD fans get the tickets first. Then, probably following the DDays game, everyone else will be able to purchase them. It's going to sellout, there will be people who show up on gameday looking to buy tickets who get turned away.[/b] The current policy suits me fine but I have a question. Has the Dome ever sold out? Also, I'd think there could be a policy in place that allows for some "standing room only" tickets in the event that all reserved seats have been sold. I'm pretty ignorant on this issue (okay, totally ignorant). Maybe that's the case now. I'm a Howling Pack member and in my situation I would never consider buying tickets on gameday since I live so far away. [/quote] I know the Dome has sold out, pretty sure that it happens every year. There are plenty of people who wait until Gameday to get tickets though. It seems there is always a big line at the ticket window when I get to the game.

So I should tell them to wait until after Dakota Days? They will not join the Pack as they already were too cheap to do the William Penn deal.

So, no USD fans ever come from out of town? You don't want them to plan a trip? USD would rather not sell out? You did not even sell out Sioux falls last time and you will have less bison fans at this due to distance and this silliness.
Quit being homers, and think of the casual fan. This is your chance to get them interested in USD, but won't sell them a ticket?
For the record, I have my ticket. I live in Sioux Falls and have many usd alum friends. SDSU would never sunk this low or be this dumb.

Christ what a bunch of sore spoiled brats. Imagine the whining if we win in addition to keeping them out, might crash their delusional forum

I just copied this from my Howling Pack Newsletter I just received in my inbox.
"USD vs. NDSU tickets available RIGHT NOW to Howling Pack members and season ticket holders. To order your tickets, call the Coyote Ticket Office at 605-677-5959!"
Looks like USD vs NDSU tickets are available. Can't think of a reason it would be so hard for a USD alumni to get ahold of some tickets for this game.

"USD vs. NDSU tickets available RIGHT NOW to Howling Pack members and season ticket holders." Yep, every interested USD alumni can easily get tickets......yet, I can't for the alumni I am buying for..... I can't quite see how it is so easy. Can you explain again?

All your USD almuni friend has to do is call the number, join the HP or buy season tickets, and they can then purchase as many NDSU tickets as they would like. Simple.

This sounds extremely confusing....for Bison Fans. Geez, read the timeline. It is REALLY not that hard to figure out. As a recent grad, I joined the HP just for this game and good seats for the UNLV basketball game. Lets red out the dome!

Perhaps the so called fan needs to take out a petition to get the USD ticket office to change their procedures. I hear the Bison are pretty good at gathering signatures.
