Frustrating game to watch so far. From Bergner attempting to sky his first two punts and not attempt a low kick into a 40 mph wind (duh) to just dropping an egg in every facet of the game so far. It appears our FB team picked up where our basketball team left off last night. Hope things improve quickly.

ISU is now dominating the football game and having surprisingly little trouble moving the football since the 2nd quarter started. Nail number one is already in ISU's hands ready to be pounded into USD's coffin. 16-0

After the first quarter the Coyotes "will" bought a plane ticket and headed back to Vermillion. Illinois State totally dominating the football game. 23-0.

How many times do we have to lose outside contain before we figure it out or fall for an obvious draw play on 3rd and 15 when they're driving into the wind??? Not smart defense.

I think it's time to give Woodward some more reps.

Well this is one incredibly disappointing end to the season. Not a thing working well for us.

The Yotes are making an emphatic statement as to their playoff worthiness.

Wow since the 3rd quarter of the Jacks game this defense has been brutal. Illinois State is walking all over the Coyotes now to the tune of 30-0. The offense hasn't done anything either. They might have to stop this one on a TKO.

Roberson goes about 80 yards for the touchdown on a quarterback keeper. 2 Redbirds over 100 yards on the ground. The Yotes had only allowed one 100 yard rusher going into this game. The only thing ISU isn't doing well is converting on PAT's. 36-0.

I know it is snowy out there but this is one of the most inept excuses for a passing game that I have ever seen.

Pardon me but what the h**l is going on out there today. Cochredge their running back just ripped off another long touchdown run for the Redbirds. 43-0 Illinois State now. The Coyotes have given up on this football game and it's fair to question their heart after this one. I didn't think the Yotes would win today but this is just inexcusable.

I am unsure if that weather helps us or not? ISU leads the league in running the football 247 a game, and have a big O-Line that averages 6'5" 305. I think our strongest part of our defense is stopping the run. While we seem to contain RB's it is the mobile QB that seems to hurt us. Now on the flip side, on offense is where I think the weather can hurt us. We have to throw the ball to keep the defense from stacking the box, cold and windy may be hard to throw to keep the chains moving. I guess I am with you Yoda, I dont see the weather as an advantage if neither team is able to throw effectively. These guys pound it out on the ground for 250 a game behind a big physical O line. I would love to be wrong though. Yup
