I swear to god their is some demon hanging around Vermillion, South Dakota that more specifically rides in the Coyotes plane with them to road trips. Finally that demon after multiple attempts to ruin a great thing was somehow thrown off it's tracks. I counted probably about 5-6 plays that even if one of them goes right would have instantly given the Coyotes the game or made them almost a certainty to win. From dropped INT's, to field goals, to missed 3rd down conversions, to ISU conversions on 4th downs. You name it that demon was a big part of this game. Other then the run called in the 2nd OT on 3rd down I can't think of one thing I really disagreed with that coach Nielson did down the stretch, and yes I do agree with his decision to pass on third down to try to put the game away before having to punt before the Sycamore's last drive.
Ladies and Gentlemen we finally got just one iotta of luck and that was all it needed for the Coyotes to win. Let's get to the dome and cheer loudly for the next 2 weeks as it is going to be awesome watching this team finally follow up a step forward with another one. Let's make it 4 steps forward in a row after the next two weeks. The D ended the game two weeks in a row.
