Looks like she has visited Miami (OH), MIT and Harvard. Says she has "interest " from a dozen other Div-1 schools also. Her Twitter follows include San Diego, Brown, Bradley, Drake, Creighton, UNO, UND, Loyola (chi), etc. looks like she is leaning towards private schools. Smart.

With yesterday's commitment we now have two 2019 commits from players with local ties:
Jeniah Ugofsky, Harrisburg Macy Guebert, Apple Valley, MN (lots of Sioux Falls family, and sister Maddie is a starter for the Jacks)

She's averaging a double-double on the season! Great early commit from her last year!

Harrisburg coach is a USD grad, so that can’t hurt either.

I'll put all three girls' info in this thread to keep it separate from the Class of 2018 thread. If we can secure a commit from Emma Ronseik (SF O'Gorman '19) that would be a very solid group! considering the 2019 class along with the 2018, it makes sense why the latest two commits for 2018 were walk-ons. 2017-2018 team = 14 Scholarships, one open 2018-2019 team = lose 3 seniors, add two freshman, two open spots 2019-2020 team = lose 2 seniors, add three freshman, one open spot So really we can only add one more scholarship player in EITHER the 2018 or 2019 classes. If Ronsiek chooses the Yotes, we are done. Even if that means being short two scholarships next year. Or, if they take a transfer they are done as well.

Emma Ronsiek is just a sophomore, which puts her in the Class of 2020. It'll be interesting to see what she decides, as I believe she's just as qualified to play D1 volleyball as well.

That's right. Got my classes mixed up. The 2018 thread is really mixed by classes, too, so I renamed it "class of 2018".

Here are two older announcement tweets for our current 2019 commits:
....and the new commit.
Click the link and it goes to her announcement on Instagram.
I'm guessing we are in a recruiting period where the coaches can't name a recruit in a tweet.
