Wow, you guys are sensitive...I held back that I doubt he’d even start for the Bison. I’ll admit Strevie did a lot and to fight through injury...he’s a player no doubt.
Yes we will see how well TC does with Jake and Dallas gone. I suspect you guys aren’t going to like what is coming up either...
This thread is about Chris though and I have nothing against him, great young man...congrats on a great season.

I read through your body of work on the board. You're fine. A majority of your posts are debate and conversation. You schill for the Jacks, I get that, it's your team.
As to the point you brought up, you are delusional if you think Streveler wouldn't start at either SDSU or NDSU. Fortunately, pretty much the entire rest of the country agrees with that assessment as he is a finalist for this award.

I'm just not going to deal with Jack fans whose sole purpose is to troll here anymore. The SDSU board is even more strict, for comparison's sake. Thread drift and trolling outside of the smack section get you a T.O. over there. We've always been more tolerant here but my patience has wore thin this football season.
Now let's get back to the point of this thread.

It's pretty easy to make the academic list considering they are based on GPA and not curriculum. I have heard from peers my same age that coursework wasn't especially difficult and attendance was often optional.
Eck is a child on social media, congrats for appeasing to it. I for one would be embarrassed, but maybe it's because I have some humility.
I don't know why I even responded to the troll, back on topic.
It will be tough for Chris to win considering he is up against the reigning Walter Payton award winner in SHSU's Briscoe. Either way Chris will go down as one of the greatest MVFC players ever. Breaking Tre Roberson's yards record is impressive and congrats to Chris.

If Streveler wins, would be first MVFC player to win the award. What was that bunny coach tweeting again? He had a great year no doubt...good kid from what I've read and a great student(thanks to him you guys didn't get skunked on the 37 MVFC academic selections). His odds are better than average I guess. Yet ,you want to bring up Eck's tweet...Eck is a little busy prepping for a game this Saturday so I'll step in. Streveler had a great season and thanks to him USD didn't have to suffer another 4-7 season. He entertained and built an excitement for your program, put butts in your seats. His stats are almost Tecmo like...Even with all that and the accolades he wouldn't start at SDSU. So yes I'd expect Eck would say that he's not his Payton award finalist. Congrats on your season Chris, I'll admit it was a pleasure to watch you and am glad that we don't have to face you anymore. You are a moron!!! You think that you have a QB? He is average at best. I think he is all-in on QB and that is why he has spent so much time at the passing academy he worked out at this summer. I think the NFL will be a tough, but I wouldn't bet against him after observing his determination and ability. |
