Really nice work! This state is a landmine for the "powers that be" in women's hoops.

Iowa State women play tonight in Iowa City against the Hawkeyes. Iowa is ranked 16th in the country. I think the game is on BTN or BTN plus. If you have DirectTV its 610 or 611

A 3 point loss in Iowa City is not a bad night for the Cyclones, especially when Iowa is ranked so high.

True, but unfortunately the RPI doesn't look at margin-of-victory. Close losses don't help us much, just like with Missouri State. Both ISU and MSU need to figure out why they can't close out close games. Both teams have loads of talent. Here's an interesting development, as we follow our opponents' schedules:
Drake's next three games are:
@ SDSU @ Iowa State vs. Iowa
I think we want SDSU to win, due to the fact that we will play them two or three times this year. ISU is a wash to us, but having them play each other boosts the overall SOS. And of course we want Drake to beat the Squawkeyes. Interesting that there are so many common opponents this year. I think Creighton (who just beat Nebraska) plays half of our non-con.
