If the coyotes still have camp in the game than why did they not try an onside kick. Doesn't make much sense to me. Today is just one big brain cramp.

The one thing I will say about this game, there isn't a team in the country that would have best them in Fargo today. They were firing on all cylinders and the bunnies are lucky they caught them on an off week. That was as strong of a Bison team as we've seen in the last several years.

YOU CANNOT let a team that wants to run the ball in 21-12-and 22 personnel just sit there and gash you without a response. Play an 8 man box and play man free, use DL stunts, dial up LB interior gap blitzes. Do something instead of taking it up the rear. Players only run what is called and it’s the coaches job to give them answers. Make a team go to plan B or die trying.

I am glad the game vs SDSU was scheduled before the bison game. I am not so sure the Coyotes win the Jacks game had they played the Bison first.

I’ve mentioned this before, but we played 4 teams this season the week after they played NDSU. The bison like to say they can beat you twice because you’re so beat up after they play you. We went 3-1 in those games, and the 1 has an * because Camp got taken out on the high hit. If we play next week, hopefully we aren’t sluggish after they beat us up.

Bison definitely on another level. We’re better, but not Bison in November better. Over 60 guys on our roster with freshman classification. We have 6 super seniors on defense, and I believe that’s really helped this season. But we’ve also had to play a ton of guys, and the CB depth has gotten very thin.

I broke this stat down before. They're just trying to take pride in a poor schedule and teams incidentally having an overmatched situation the following week anyways.

NDSU was not impressive this year. They did finally figure out how to throw the ball though, and are now probably going to roll through the playoffs.

Obviously the Coyotes D didn't contain the bizon but it is interesting that the 24 pts the Yotes scored was the 2nd highest the bizon gave up in their 11 games with the rabbits scoring 27. NDSU D gave up an average of 11 pts/gm
in their first 10 games before today.
